RETURN POLICY
You can return for free every single purchase you made within 14 days of order delivery, except for promotion items.
- The article must be returned with Security Tag, in the same condition in which you received it.
There must not be any sign of wear, spot or damage; it must not had been worn, ironed or washed. For pet items, they must not had been tested or used.
- Warranty Tag is not to be removed, sabotaged, broken or cut; otherwise Ajhami will not accept the return. Also, all other item’s original labels must be intact and for any reason removed.
- The article must be returned in its original packaging
- For return due to size, color or article change, please follow the return procedure on ajhami.it.
If your return doesn’t satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, it will be sent back and it will not be refunded.
To proceed to return, please send an e-mail to resi@ajhami.it with the Order number and the reason of the return.
When Ajhami will confirm the return, you can put the DHL AWB (you can find it into the Order) on the original packaging, close it and carry it to the closest DHL Service Point in order to proceed with the Shipping Return.
REFUND
Usually we confirm and proceed with the refund within 5 business days from the return. Sometimes we need more few days, for check the return and confirm the refund.
The timing with which the refund will be visible on your account depends on both the payment method used during the purchase and local banking procedures.
Credit Card Refund Time: 7 business days from return confirmation.
PayPal Refund Time: 48h from return confirmation.
